MBA Program Structure
The cohort-style program of the MBA is 24 months in length with
classes meeting just one night a week for eight weeks allowing for
the study of one subject at a time.
The 38 semester credit curriculum consists of a one-credit
writing seminar, 12 three-credit courses and a one-credit final
project course. Subjects covered in the MBA core include management
theory and entrepreneurship, marketing, communication in
organizations, group dynamics and management of human resources,
all integrated with Christian leadership and ethics. In general,
the courses use a case-based, team-oriented approach to
learning.
Students select an area of concentration in either Business
Administration or Health Care Administration.
- Business Administration: provides a focused
study of management theory and practice with a strong emphasis on
ethical decision making and includes courses in quantitative
methods, managerial accounting, financial management, operations
and service management, and managerial economics.
- Health Care Administration: provides a focused
