We offer four practical master's programs designed for the real world-the world in which you already have a busy life and plenty of responsibilities.  The NCU graduate programs are about making the next step happen now.

And these master's programs are built around experienced, committed instructors who will challenge you to grow professionally, personally, and even spiritually.

NCU Graduate Programs

Business Administration (M.B.A.):

  • This respected, entrepreneurial program allows you to tailor your training to real-world goals and create a research-oriented thesis or write a comprehensive business plan.

Community Counseling (M.A.):

  • This program, approved by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, leads directly to preparation for licensure.
  • Students begin their clinical experience during their second semester; serve your internship in your local community.

Education (M.Ed.):

  • Two areas of concentration are offered:  Curriculum and Instruction or Instructional Technology.
  • The program is suitable for individuals currently holding an initial teaching license.

School Counseling (M.A.):

  • This individualized program leads to the academic and field experiece required for an Oregon Initial School Counselor License.
  • Three specific tracks are offered-if you already have documented teaching experience, or if you need that experience, or if you are seeking licensure only.
  • Select your level (early childhood/elementary or middle/high school) and your topics for required coursework.
