Northwest Christian University

Employers & Supervisors

Thank you for your interest in Northwest Christian University students! We have many opportunities to partner together with outside companies to provide mutually beneficial experiences.

Job Posting

The Northwest Christian University Career Center works in partnership with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) as a NACElink Connect participating school.

NACElink is an online job board used for employers to post adds for Northwest Christian University students and alumni through NACElink, from which our graduates can reply to your ads immediately with a resume and cover letter.

Use our employer login page to post job opportunities or review the resumes of our students. We hope that you'll use the NACElink system to find students and graduates to fill your full-time and part-time positions.

Provide an Internship

In accordance with the vision, mission, and values of Northwest Christian University, internship is designed to prepare students for a career in their chosen field by integrating their academic coursework with practical experience in a business, agency, or organization in the community.

Internship is more than an academic requirement. It is an opportunity to acquire knowledge within a specific field, refine skills and abilities, and obtain valuable work experience. Effective communication and strong interpersonal relationships are central to a successful internship. While an internship may not lead to a dream job, it is a stepping stone to on-going career development.

By treating interns as valuable members of the organization, employers benefit. Interns bring new blood, new ideas, and new energy to an organization. Employers also have the opportunity to assess a student's "fit" with the organization and get a realistic preview of the student's abilities. Employers may even convert interns into permanent hires and significantly decrease their cost-per-hire. Providing meaningful internship opportunities allows employers to validate a student's career path, offer a realistic view of the workplace, and instill responsible work habits. Since monetary compensation is not required for participation, employers may acheive these benefits at a minimal financial expense.
