Northwest Christian University has been offering our evening adult education program in Roseburg since 1995. Originally called DCP (Degree Completion Program), recently retitled PSP (Professional Studies Program), our program provides students in the Roseburg community the opportunity to earn a bachelors degree while maintaining professional and personal lives.

Meet Your Roseburg Program Coordinator

Anthony (Tony) F. DiMare
While serving in the Navy, Tony earned his associate's degree at City University in Bellevue, Washington. While working for the City of Roseburg as a police officer, Tony earned his bachelor's degree from Northwest Christian University through our PSP program. Tony has also gone on to earn his MBA from NCU. He is currently serving as the Roseburg Fire Marshal.
Tony began teaching for NCU in 2004 and teaches a variety of the classes offered in the PSP program in Roseburg. He is the NCU program coordinator for Douglas County.
